INITIAL DISCUSSION
Prior to development, our team will have a month long discussion with our clients to discover the core motives, functions and minimum variables of the project. Wireframes of the application will be drafted to show the user journey with conceptual designs to ensure our clients are happy with the end product. An application design document will also be handed over to our clients detailing our timeline and development details of each phase.
SPRINT
DEVELOPMENT
Each sprint of the project are phases of development that will be recorded in the design document. The sprint will detail features of development and completion timeframe. This will ensure our clients understand and are able to visualise the application development and track our progress clearly.
REVIEW
Testing &Â Debugging
At the end of each sprint, the completed details are explained and a usable APK file will be provided to our clients. This will allow our clients to test and review any other features or add-ons required to further enhance the application. The sprint system allows for clear communication from both parties and a consistent development of the application.
